JOB TITLE: VP, Technology Manager, Financial Crimes & Identity
LOCATION: 1 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY 14203
DUTIES: Manage the activities and strategic direction of multiple teams within the Financial Crimes and Technology Department. Oversee systems development and implementation of technology consistent with division standards and long-term plans. Manage all financial, human resources, risk operations in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite, and ensure compliance with all Department and Technology standards and procedures, including all documentation requirements to protect Bank interests and serve as a reference source, for the Technology departments. Provide long and short-term strategic direction for the division with collaboration from Technology senior management team. Serve as technology leader and industry expert in assigned complex Technology projects and activities. Monitor the technology direction of the industry and vendor applications specific to areas and businesses supported. Manage supporting research and initiation of change to the status quo when necessary, to ensure implementation of appropriate technologies. Design, implement, maintain, and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis and identify risk-related issues needing escalation. Develop enterprise architecture, solution architecture using BSA/AML Fraud and Identity technologies. Utilize all of the following: agile development methodology including scrum and scaled agility; Java, Hibernate, Spring, DAO, MuleSoft, PL/SQL, Python, Perl, and Linux/UNIX; performing continuous integration/continuous deployment for DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GoCD, GitHub, VersionOne Continuum, TFS, HP-ALM, Chef, Ansible, SonarQube, Veracode, Blackduck, and Groovy; middleware and other key technologies including Oracle, SQL, NoSQL, application development and monitoring, and data analysis tools.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field and three (3) years of managerial experience (or, Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate managerial experience) working in an IT setting; developing enterprise architecture and solution architecture using BSA/AML Fraud technologies Actimize CDD; using agile development methodology including scrum and scaled agility; using Oracle and SQL; three (3) years of experience using Java, Hibernate, Spring, DAO, PL/SQL, HP-ALM, and Linux/UNIX; and one (1) year of experience performing continuous integration/continuous deployment for DevOps using Jenkins, TFS, SonarQube and Veracode, application development and monitoring, and data analysis tools; and using Actimize CTR, IFM or any other AML / Fraud solution.
SALARY : $195,728 - $195,728 per year
