Echols Glass & Mirror is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service for the showroom business office in Buford. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a solid, established business, which provides growth and career path opportunities.
Job Description
We are looking to hire a motivated, self-starter for this Administrative Assistant / Customer Service position. The person in this role will be responsible for answering the phones and general clerical work in a supportive role for our front office. In this role it is critical that you have a keen eye for detail, strong data entry skills and a proven ability to provide professional customer service.
Responsibilities
Answer the phones, screen and route calls to appropriate person
Offer clerical and office support
Respond to messages and emails as needed
Provide support to the accounting and sales departments
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Provide customer support for our sales team
Ensure accuracy in all customer information and follow up for completion
Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
2+ years experience in a similar or related industry
High level of concentration and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to verbally engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
Basic Microsoft knowledge
Proven problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize daily tasks
Strong organizational skills
Close proximity to our Buford, GA location a must (Bristol Industrial Way)
Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 4:00pm.
