Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with specialized knowledge in CMiC software to join the team. In this role, you will not only manage general accounting tasks but also act as a CMiC specialist, providing guidance and training to the team on its effective usage.
Responsibilities:
• Perform daily accounting tasks such as reconciliation, journal entries, and data entry.
• Utilize CMiC to streamline processes and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Train and support team members in using accounting software effectively for their respective roles.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Use skills such as Account Reconciliation, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, and Computer Data Entry to perform job functions.
Requirements
• Candidates must have strong data entry skills
• Computer data entry skills are necessary for this position.
• Familiarity with journal entries is a must for this role.
• Candidates must have month-end and year-end experience
• Candidates should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• CMiC Software experience required
• Prior experience in a similar role in the construction industry is highly desirable.
