The Role

Netflix Aviation provides a world-class travel experience for Netflix’s global operations. We cannot produce films, TV series, and documentaries without air travel. Our passionate team of pilots, maintenance professionals, schedulers, and flight attendants provide a safe and seamless journey for our passengers. Role and Responsibilities: This role requires extensive flying experience and the ability to safely and efficiently fly an aircraft throughout the western United States. As a Netflix Pilot flying the King Air 350, you would be expected to embrace our culture which places a strong emphasis on operating with Freedom and Responsibility, allowing you to operate with independence and a lot of self-motivation. You would also demonstrate the independent judgment, discretion and outstanding customer service skills necessary to provide a seamless experience for our passengers. It is key that you develop relationships, identify and solve problems, and at all times act in the best interest of Netflix. Requirements:

• Current FAA Commercial Pilot certificate with multi-engine rating.

• Preferred - Qualified as a Pilot-in-Command with: 2,500 hours total flying time; 500 hours multi-engine turbine aircraft as Pilot-In-Command; International experience is a plus; FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

• Preferred - Four year college degree.

• Preferred - Current FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate with multi-engine rating.

  Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $240,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
