POSITION DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. This role includes managing Redrock's social media presence and accounts as part of a larger marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Creative Director to establish and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s brand message and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and social media management, with a passion for creating innovative marketing solutions.

Note: the ideal candidate for this position must be able to commute to our Burbank office 5 days a week. Office Address is 435 S. San Fernando Blvd., Burbank CA 91502.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

  • Manage Redrock's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to produce compelling marketing materials and content.

  • Maintain and update the company's website and other digital platforms.

  • Ensure all marketing activities align with Redrock's brand identity and objectives.

  • Track marketing expenses and prepare budget reports.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media management.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours to attend company events.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage directly and indirectly with all levels of the organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICAITONS

  • Experience in the entertainment and events industry.

  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

The expected compensation for this position in California is:

$72,000.00 USD - $90,000.00 USD
