Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Manager(s) that are good team players and willing to learn. This individual must be self-motivated with strong communication skills as well as a focus on detail and ability to multi-task. Extensive paid training provided. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will offer benefits and bonus potential.
Job Responsibilities
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead crews on assignments effectively and efficiently
- Meet with clients and evaluate the scope of loss
- Attend morning meetings to discuss strategy and scheduling
- Assist in maintaining the location of each piece of equipment
- Monitor projects, employee work hours, and expenditures daily
- Oversee and maintain employee time in T-Sheets
- Oversee and enforce safety regulation
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
- Ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
- Assist in implementing processes and training of new employees
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
- Keep Management informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
- Support team members and motivate them to go above and beyond expectations
- Deliver excellent customer service on each and every assignment
- Keep in constant contact with management team to coordinate schedules
- Work with the management team to build and grow your crew
- Assist with overflow work as needed
