As an Account Representative, Broker Accounts, you will be responsible for selling innovative marketing products to our business broker clients as well as managing the existing customer relationships in a sales region. The ideal candidate possesses a natural drive to succeed with a work ethic that will propel them to success while always keeping the customer in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently perform at or above revenue expectations.

  • Support and grow a portfolio of existing broker client accounts and develop new broker accounts.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and help them be successful on our platform.

  • Manage broker expectations around their exposure and performance based on membership and listing level.

  • Keep clients informed about the status of their broker profile, leads and listings.

  • Follow up on new business leads and nurture new opportunities in the region.

Basic Qualifications

  • A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited, not for profit university is essential.

  • Demonstration ofcommitment to prior employers.

  • Experience as a business broker or in the commercial real estate industry highly preferred.

  • Two or more years of digital advertising sales or account management experience.

  • Two or more years of experience using the Microsoft Office suite of application.

  • One or more years of experience working with a Customer Experience Management (CRM) database.

  • High energy, a strong desire to achieve top results, and a positive “can-do” attitude.

  • Self-starter who is innately curious with an entrepreneurial orientation.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork.

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company.

This position offers a base salary of $60,000.00 based on relevant skills and experience, in addition to commission opportunities as well as a generous benefits plan. We welcome all qualified candidates who are currently eligible to work full-time in the United States to apply.
