Employers name, Geographic location and Need:

Agri-Mark, Inc., a dairy product processing plant located in Cabot, Vermont, seeks five (5) full-time, seasonal Helpers - Production Workers, to assist with the packing and packaging of products to ensure that product quality and packing specifications are met, for employment from 04/1/2025 to 12/31/2025.

Worksites are in Washington County in Vermont.

Job Description: Help production workers by performing duties requiring less skill. Work as part of a team, operating various pieces of machinery in the manufacture and packaging of bulk cheese, meeting or exceeding quality specifications while ensuring accurate records are completed and maintained. Duties include supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment. Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances. Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators. Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. Start machines or equipment to begin production processes. Separate products according to weight, grade, size, or composition of materials used to produce them. Transfer finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas of plants and warehouses, by hand or using hand trucks or powered lift trucks. Pack and store materials and products.

Terms & Conditions of Employment:

\$20.02/hr., at 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (schedule varies). Overtime rate of pay is at least \$30.03 per hour. Overtime will be available as needed. Higher pay and/or other incentives available based on performance.

Inbound Transportation:

Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment of transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of employment.

Outbound Transportation:

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Daily Transportation:

Employer will provide daily transportation to and from worksites.

Disclosure of daily subsistence amount

Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.

3/4ths guarantee not required due to 2016 Omnibus:

Three- fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

Provision of tools, equipment, and supplies:

Tools, equipment and supplies: The employer will provide workers at no charge; all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job.

Single Work Week guarantee and frequency of pay:

Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due; The pay period is weekly.

Statement of deductions from workers pay:

The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law.

Reimbursement of border, visa, and related fees:

The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, vis processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.

Provision of board, lodging or other facilities

The employer will provide dorm-style housing with a full kitchen and transportation to and from work at a cost of \$170 per week.
