Administrative Assistant for an Engineering Dept - Cairo IL $16.50-$17/hr with Weekly Pay
M- F 7a-4p (8 hours a day)

Perform basic, routine administrative duties
Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone system
Greet and assist building visitors
Aide with processing documents, making spreadsheets and assisting the engineering department
Assist in compiling special reports and request information from other areas
Assist in filing and retrieval of information in both hard copy and electronic formats
Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and prepare outgoing shipments
Operate a wide variety of electronic and mechanical office equipment
Schedule and assist with needs associated with internal and external meetings
Maintain office supply inventory and process supply ordersWhat you bring to the table?
Great attitude
Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and able to navigate various databases (with training)
Organizational skills, multi-tasking and work well independently
Communication skills; both written and verbal
Dependability - Attendance is KEY!!
