This role is an onsite role for the night shift from 18:00 to 5:00 and requires office attendance 5 times week.
About The Role
As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within an Amazon Operations facility that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. This is an onsite position and requires office attendance in Cajamar at least 5 times a week.

Key job responsibilities
Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
Assisting in training new hires.
Continuous learning of new technologies.
Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
About the team
OpsTech Solutions (OTS) provides IT support and technology deployment for Amazon’s Operations Technology Infrastructure, so that Amazon can fulfill its commitment to customers around the world. We ensure network and client devices function for WW Operations, including fulfillment centers, Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, Lockers, Pantry, and Amazon Campus.
Basic Qualifications
High school or equivalent diploma
Corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
Availability to go work at our Cajamar, Fulfillment Center, 5 times as week during the night shift from 18:00 to 5:00. Occasionally, the shift may change to 6 AM - 6 PM, occurring up to five times a week.
Fluent in Portuguese and basic English.
Preferred Qualifications
CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
Advanced English
