Amazon is seeking for a Learning Specialist for our facility.

The Learning Specialist will ensure that the work of the team and individuals is continually aligned to meet internal customer’s needs. Act as a proactive and productive liaison/partner with the corporate Warehouse Operations consistently seeking to make a positive impact on key business safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience metrics.
Key job responsibilities
• Design experiments that test the effectiveness of learning programs;
• Drive adherence to standard as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement;
• Lead on the design, development and deployment of tools by using business intelligence;
• Develop strategies and mechanisms to ensure effective delivery of operational goal;
• Access and work with data from multiple sources, associating with the business to identify strategic opportunities;
• Create business metrics aimed at improving the customer experience;
• Support the development of solid metrics, continually driving business results;
• Operate and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
Experience and proficiency with MS Office;
Fluent in English and Portuguese;
Proven ability to build, execute, manage, and improve programs and projects;
Knowledge of SQL, Python and Experience with data visualization tools (Quicksight, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field is a plus;
Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple facilities;
Comfortable to talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual Site Leader/Operation Manager/function head.
