Your Opportunity
Based in Calgary, your role will be to provide administrative support to our Transportation team across Alberta.
Your Key Responsibilities
Supports business center leaders and employees with administrative tasks
Collects information and performs editing/formatting or correspondence, newsletters, presentations, proposals and reports
Manages calendars, schedules meetings, books meetings rooms, and handles any special requests
Attends and minutes meetings including tracking of action items and deliverables
Coordinates travel itineraries and arrangements
Processes expense reports, invoices and orders
Performs clerical tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Assists with reception, when required
Performs other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within frequently changing priorities
Must be willing and able to take initiative when needed
Flexibility to learn new skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma with minimum of 3-4 years’ experience; or a post-secondary diploma/degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Position will primarily work in an office setting. Hybrid work arrangements are possible but require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office to start, and that requirement may increase depending on our staffing levels and other activities happening in the Calgary office.
