Scandinavian Building Services Regional Director in Calgary, Alberta

As we continue to grow we are looking to add a Regional Director for Alberta South to the Scandi Family!
You will have 6 Account Managers directly reporting into you for this role. Your region will include 88 sites covering a variety of client banners across Calgary, Red Deer, and Alberta South. When not on the road traveling this will be a full time in office position based out of our Calgary Head Office.

What your day to day will look like:
Lead all operational activity within your region through ensuring deadlines are met, developing preventative maintenance methods, building new and improved performance methods and enhanced cleaning techniques and skills
Communicate with your team to maintain company policies and KPI's and to resolve any performance issues
Build strong relationships with clients by responding promptly to concerns and conducting regular check ins
Lead the set up of new accounts and ensure contract terms are maintained for existing accounts
Travel 60% locally within the region and up to 10% to a larger region
What you'll need to succeed:
Traveling throughout the region is a daily part of the position so a reliable vehicle is required
Must have 5 years managerial/ leadership experience with mid-senior level direct reports
Business finance experience including budgeting and forecasting along with the ability to engage and motivate a team
Post secondary education in business or project management is preferred
Previous experience in the janitorial field is preferred
