Shawnessy South Animal Hospital is an extended hour, companion care facility that is available for primary care, walk-in and emergencies providing a wide range of veterinary services. Who we’re looking for

VCA Canada Shawnessy South Animal Hospital is recruiting a full time Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! We are looking for an energetic, confident and positive individual who is passionate about achieving their goals in veterinary medicine. Experience is considered an asset, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply. Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends.

  • Completion of the Registered Veterinary Technician Program

  • Dedicated to providing exceptional patient and client care with a compassionate and positive nature, and enjoys working in a team environment.

  • Superior customer service and client communication

  • Excellent technical skills

  • Strong organization skills and the ability work under pressure
