Job Title: Structural Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Structural Welder to join our team. The selected candidate will perform structural welding within a shop environment. The primary responsibilities include fitting and welding drilling products, fuel tanks, and other one-off structural objects using regular mild steel. The role entails welding the structure of a drilling rig, with a 50/50 split between fitting and welding (20/80 split for night shift). The job also involves the use of oxy fuel cutting torches and fit up tolerance is approximately 1/8".

Journeyman Welder

This is a fully on-site position in Calgary, Alberta.
Work Environment
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, Overtime is available after 8 hours in any day, regardless of hours worked that week.
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, Overtime is available after 10 hours in any day, regardless of hours worked that week. There is a 3 dollar premium for afternoon shifts.
