We are Looking for Customer Service Rep to join our Fortune 500 Client

Job Description:

We are seeking an Intermediate Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer relations and technical support, providing solutions to moderately complex business issues. This role requires someone who can exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine the best course of action, while adhering to established guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve a variety of common business issues related to customer relations.

  • Work on problems of moderately complex scope, providing analysis and input on limited project direction.

  • Exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures.

  • Follow established guidelines and interpret policies to evaluate unique circumstances and make recommendations.

  • Provide telephone support in a service or end-user support environment.

  • Act as an informed team member, providing analysis of information and project direction input.

Education and Experience:

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2-4 years of related experience in a telephone support position in a service or end-user support environment.

  • Alternatively, a master’s degree and up to two years of experience.

  • 1 year of experience in the microcomputer industry.

  • Technical training in HP or other manufacturers' product lines is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Working knowledge of the field of Customer Relations.

  • Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills.

  • Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems software.

  • Demonstrated writing and correspondence skills.

  • Experience and demonstrated presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of legal ramifications/conflicts in the Customer Relations environment, such as consumer rights and manufacturers' warranty responsibility.
