Jeff Bank Universal Banker - Callicoon in Callicoon, New York
Overview: The Jeff Bank is seeking a Universal Banker at the Callicoon Branch.
The Universal Banker is responsible to provide exceptional service through performing all aspects of teller and CSR responsibilities, as customer needs dictate. This person requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers through communicating all Jeff Bank products and services effectively and professionally. This person must also work with a team to meet or exceed personal and branch goals, be flexible to changing needs and open to learning new tasks.
Required skills: Most important to this position are accuracy, judgment, reliability and good customer relations. This position requires good communication with customers, dtrong general business knowledge and math skills. A good working knowledge of personal computers is a requirement including Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be friendly and customer focused.
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Associates degree; two to three years related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related work experience may substitute for education. Preferably a minimum of 2 years banking experience and some training in customer relations. Should be able to perform work satisfactorily after 3 months on the job training
Salary, shift, and benefits: $20.42 - $25.94 hour, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, benefits include; Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Holidays, 401k/Retirement and Clothing Allowance.
