We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Access Representative. This role will involve assisting patients, with a wide range of needs, to register on the sign-in Kiosk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to help others.

Job Title: Patient Access Representative

Location: Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas

Shift: 40 hours per week

• 8a-4:30p

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with sign-in kiosk and answer questions

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team member

• Assist with patient access and registration processes

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work with a diverse patient population, including pediatric and geriatric specialties

• Empathy and compassion for patients and families

• Technology savvy, with ability to assist patients with kiosk use

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Color blind screening required

Vaccine Requirements

• Hepatitis B (Hep B)

• Tuberculosis (TB)

• Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)

• Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (TDAP)

• Varicella (chickenpox)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50
