Posting Description
HOUSEKEEPER, Endicott House, to perform routine cleaning of all public areas, offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and guestrooms. Will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned guestrooms, public areas, and public restrooms; performing general cleaning of guestrooms, including the making/changing of beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms; removing used linen from rooms and washing, drying, and replacing linen; consistently striving to maintain department standards to enhance guest experiences; interacting respectfully with guests; coordinating maintenance activities for guestrooms and public spaces; and performing other tasks as business dictates or as directed by the executive housekeeper. Job Requirements
REQUIRED: high school diploma or its equivalent; strong communication skills; attention to detail; understanding of English and ability to follow directions and use good judgment; ability to work both independently and as part of a team; and a commitment to excellence in guest service. PREFERRED: housekeeping or customer service experience and knowledge of a second language. Job #23658-1 Rate of pay: $20.65 – 23.00/hour This is a part-time role averaging thirty hours per week and can vary depending on business needs.
