Shire Senior Manager, Patient Marketing in Cambridge, Massachusetts
The Senior Manager, U.S. Immunology Marketing will be responsible for developing and leading key components of the PI Patient Marketing Plan.
Work closely with the Director and patient marketing team to ensure marketing plans align with Immunology franchise strategies
Oversee the development and implementation of key marketing strategies, tactics and messaging for on-going commercialization of PI Product Portfolio
Act as day-to-day lead in the development and implementation of promotional materials, messaging, and programming
Experience in development and execution of multi-channel marketing programs (print, in-office, non-personal and digital)
Act as Shire lead in project management with agency partners including: consumer, digital, and P2P patient programming
Ensure all resources and programming are in alignment with Shire Compliance, Legal and Regulatory requirements
Work effectively with internal stakeholders including: Sales, Patient Services, Regulatory, and Legal/Compliance
Attendance at professional & patient conferences
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science and / or business and 5 years of relevant brand experience (Marketing, Sales, Market Research, and Analytics). MBA is a plus.
Knowledge and experience of working in a Marketing role within the Rare/Orphan disease space an advantage
Agency management experience (briefing/execution/budgetary oversight) preferred
