Adecco US, Inc. Service Support Representative in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Services Support to join our client’s team in Cambridge, MA. If you are a highly motivated individual with strong data entry skills and the ability to meet demanding deadlines, we encourage you to apply. This role offers competitive compensation ( $ 25.00 ) over a 12-month contract period.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am- 4pm
Primary Responsibilities:
· Assist with routine reports detailing work order volume and compliance with completion by due date.
· Gather, manage and track lab instrument service contract renewals.
· Assist with complaint management and vendor escalations.
· Provide vendor escorting support.
· Understand customer requirements and coordinate/interface with other teams for various support requirements.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
