RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform maintenance and service tasks for customers in assigned territory. * Understand customer requirements and accordingly recommend the right products or services. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. * Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. * Produce timely and detailed service reports. Document processes. * Provide training to customers about product usage and maintenance. Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems. * Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols. * Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate. recommendations/briefings. * Build positive relationships with customers. Must be familiar with Allen Bradley software and hardware. QUALIFICATIONS * Someone with at least 5+ years of experience in Automation, but also willing to train entry level Automation Technicians * Strong troubleshooter for PLC, Cignet, and Instrumentation * Troubleshoot logic, components. * Make small changes to the logic if needing corrected, etc. * Team is mainly Maintenance - trying to fix things that break down or keep it from breaking down. * Equipment is Allen Bradley (Studio 5000, Logics 500) * Some electrical experience could potentially be considered.Apply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjI0MzcxLjEwNTA4QHdvb2RwbGNvbXAuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t
