The Director, Consumer Insights, is a lead strategic partner across a $2B business portfolio with deep human insight into consumers, categories, and Insight functional best practices. We are looking for a world-class consumer insights professional/strategist to lead the Consumer Insights team for the Soup & Broth Category. This involves generating actionable insights for innovation, marketing communications, brand strategies and initiatives for some of America's most iconic brands, including Campbell's Red & White, Campbell's Condensed, Chunky, Swanson Broth and more. You will be responsible for driving functional excellence and a passion for the consumer throughout the entire category team. You'll be tasked with using multi-disciplinary approaches and immersive approaches to understand how new and prospective consumers engage with our categories and brands to architect strategies and programs for the portfolio, categories, and individual brands. This role will report into the GM Soup and Broth and functionally to the VP Integrated Insights. The role will have a direct report and manage vendor partners. Core Responsibilities Trusted Advisor: Be the go-to thought partner for the business, bringing value to the business through insights, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving. Solid Functional Foundation: Design, lead and drive all category research to ensure a strong consumer centric business. Continuous Improvement: Enable sustainable brand growth by proactively bringing strategic thinking to the brands based on an insatiable curiosity of insights on brands, categories, shoppers, and retailers. Strategic Thinking: Drive strong strategic thinking through the business and strategic planning processes High Collaboration: Partner across functions to identify insights and drive to impact with high character and care Behavioral Science: Leverage a strong knowledge of behavioral and cognitive science to ensure strategic decision-making accounts for both system 1 and system 2 behaviors Live the Values: Embody the Campbell values and build a high performing organization through dedication to purpose and doing things the right way. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of Insights experience, strong preference for CPG and Food experience Bachelor's Degree required - MBA preferred Experience managing an insights team preferred High level interpersonal skills and collaboration Deep understanding and experience across quantitative and qualitative research methodologies Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $125,500-$209,300 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors su
