Primary Role

Customization and Development of SharePoint sites, templates, and workflows
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the integrity of the SharePoint Online and Power Platform environment
Working with various departments and vendors to implement connection with other applications and Sharepoint Online or Power Platform
Implementing and maintaining backup and recovery strategies to prevent data loss
Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
Training and providing support to end users
Handling user permissions and authentications
Enforcing and implement security policies and staying informed about industry best practices


Knowledge/Skills

In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, best practices, and administration
Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Power App and Power Automate
Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator) are a plus
Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365, including SharePoint Advanced Management
Familiarity with ShareGate is a plus
Knowledge of SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio for customization and development
Familiarity with third-party SharePoint tools and add-ons
Understanding of information architecture and content management principles


Experience/Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or in a similar role
