A Cake Decorator sets up for displays and decorates cakes for all occasions to be sold to the public.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES

• Display outstanding customer service skills by greeting customers, and providing friendly, courteous service at all times. Display this same courtesy to co-workers as well.

• Be professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Set up and put icing on a variety of cakes, maintain display cake case, make flowers, roses, mums, daisies, etc. for decorating cakes, set up and finish wedding and anniversary cakes, and mix and make cake icings.
• Orders and maintain all product sold through the cake department.
• Create various bakery products while insuring quality and quantity of the products
• Be willing and able to work additional shifts other than what is posted on weekly schedule.
• Be willing and able to perform other duties as assigned such as general cleaning, custodial duties, and other activities as directed by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR

EXPERIENCE -

The location will provide necessary training.
