Description
Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking to hire an Office Clerk. The candidate must have a college degree and a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
Maintain files and records so they remain organized.
Conduct routine clerical duties including answering phone calls, replying to emails, and preparing documents.
Manage petty cash account and other clerical tasks.
Coordinate and organize office activities.
Operate and maintain office equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS office.
Excellent organizational skills.
Good communications skills.
Strong multitasking abilities.
