We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team. Your role will be pivotal in providing administrative support to the HR department, fostering a positive workplace environment, supporting the well-being of our staff, and contributing to the overall success of ACCESS PT.

    Position Highlights:

  • Full-time position.

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.

  • Competitive pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience.

    Responsibilities:

  • Complete US Bureau of Labor Statistics Census.

  • Oversee various projects and administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate monthly “Patient Experience” training.

  • Conduct biweekly meetings with Payroll.

  • Pull employee reports from ADP.

  • Verify employment requests and documents.

  • Check HR email and Zoho duplicates.

  • Follow up on acquisitions.

  • Handle ACA and EEOC Reporting.

  • Manage onboarding steps in ADP.

  • Coordinate sign-on bonuses and prepaid agreements.

  • Maintain I-9 dashboard.

  • Enroll new hires in benefits.

  • Process 1099s in ADP.

  • Manage Access Point and provide technical support.

  • Complete exit workflows.

  • Conduct performance reviews.

  • Set up and manage 360 surveys.

  • Manage staff changes in ADP.

  • Assist with the recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to adapt to changes in HR processes and procedures.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant HR technologies.
