With the launch of our residential home building company, Seymour Pacific Homes, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate sales and marketing agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales representative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Your contributions to the team include:
Organize and host events, such as open houses and property tours, to showcase our townhomes and build relationships with prospects
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through the purchasing process.in a timely manner
Conduct evening and weekend showings and walk throughs as required
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for growth
Meet or exceed sales targets
Attend networking events to promote the business and generate leads in the local community
Generate sales leads and maintain pipeline information in data base
What you need to be successful:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
