Part-time days and as needed
Job Objective: Performs housekeeping duties throughout the beautiful Sr Community of Ferris Hills and Clark Meadows
Key Responsibilities:
Performs cleaning duties according to schedule in assigned areas such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices. Sweeps, dusts, dust mops, and wet mop all floors and stairways; spot cleans and vacuums floors, rugs, carpets, and runners. Collects trash and refuse from work areas and places in designated pick up areas. Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures and facilities; stocks dispensers as necessary. Dust, washes, sponge mops, sanitize, and hand shampoos furniture; dust desk and floor lamps, clean and polish glass surfaces, woodwork, walls, and windowsills. Maintains equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition.
Requirements:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Interest in working with a senior population
Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible
Must be able to interact with guests, residents, and associates in a courteous and friendly manner
Pay Range: $16.87 - $19.50
Starting Pay: Based on experience
