The Opportunity
Part of a Facilities management team working across three commercial sites for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall.
Must be an Australian citizen for security clearance requirements
Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services (hard and soft services) within the building.
Reporting to a Senior Facilities Manager
Responsible for assisting with risk management and compliance, assisting with procurement activities, capex projects and sustainability reporting.
Supporting the property team being responsible for the efficient, safe, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of all facilities services

About you
Facilities management experience preferably within a commercial asset. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the industry preferred.
Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders with strong communication skills
Attention to detail and comfortable using systems and technology
A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural
