The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking Expression of Interests from highly motivated Technical Specialist (L3) with Defence industry experience.
As a Technical Specialist (L3) , you will be part of a level 3 team of subject matter experts that is responsible for providing technical expertise for clients Microsoft Exchange/Teams environments and providing L3 Microsoft Exchange/ Teams incident management within their ITSM toolset
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:
Provide L3 Technical Support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI’S) timeframe
Third Party Vendor Engagement
Participate in client projects when required
Develop and Update standard Operating Procedures (SOP’S)
Develop and update exchange Detailed level design
Participate in out of hours activities as required
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
Essential:
Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 and integrated technologies
Demonstrated hands on experience in complex Microsoft exchange Enterprise environment
Demonstrated experience in configuring and administration of high availability environments for on-prem exchange services
Demonstrated experience in archiving solutions for exchange
Demonstrated Knowledge of Microsoft exchange security hardening practices
Demonstrated knowledge in Domino/Lotus Notes products
Demonstrated knowledge & Experience in Skype for business/teams’ enterprise environments
Proficiency in advanced scripting, such as PowerShell
ITIL V3/V4 certification
NV2 security clearance is require
Desirable:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience
