The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking Expression of Interests from highly motivated Technical Specialist (L3) with Defence industry experience.

As a Technical Specialist (L3) , you will be part of a level 3 team of subject matter experts that is responsible for providing technical expertise for clients Microsoft Exchange/Teams environments and providing L3 Microsoft Exchange/ Teams incident management within their ITSM toolset

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Provide L3 Technical Support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI’S) timeframe

  • Third Party Vendor Engagement

  • Participate in client projects when required

  • Develop and Update standard Operating Procedures (SOP’S)

  • Develop and update exchange Detailed level design

  • Participate in out of hours activities as required

    As the ideal candidate you will bring:

Essential:

  • Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 and integrated technologies

  • Demonstrated hands on experience in complex Microsoft exchange Enterprise environment

  • Demonstrated experience in configuring and administration of high availability environments for on-prem exchange services

  • Demonstrated experience in archiving solutions for exchange

  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Microsoft exchange security hardening practices

  • Demonstrated knowledge in Domino/Lotus Notes products

  • Demonstrated knowledge & Experience in Skype for business/teams’ enterprise environments

  • Proficiency in advanced scripting, such as PowerShell

  • ITIL V3/V4 certification

  • NV2 security clearance is require

Desirable:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

  • Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience
