JOB REQUIREMENTS: Pay is based on Experience in the field and Education

  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma & a copy of diploma or transcripts
  • Lead teachers must have minimum of CDA, AA or BA in early childhood education
  • Must pass a background check upon hire
  • Provide shot records and receive a work physical upon hire

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote the development of infants and toddlers.

  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.

  • Utilize effective classroom management techniques to support positive behavior and engagement.

  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute educational activities that meet the needs of each

child.

  • Monitor and assess children's development to provide individualized support as needed.

  • Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily activities.

  • Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods.

  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning and exploration.

  • Attend professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date on

industry trends.
