Robert Half has a brand new opening for a Business Analyst (MS Dynamics) with a reputable client based in Cape Coral, FL.
This is 100% REMOTE, and is a 12-14 month contract. Compensation is flexible $45-55/hour on W2 (CAN go higher in the $55-65+/hour range if structured as 1099).

SUMMARY
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP system over the next 12-14 months. This role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing current processes, and ensuring a seamless ERP transition. The ideal candidate will have ERP implementation experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to optimize business processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, system needs, and process improvements.
Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing workflows and recommend optimizations for improved efficiency within the new ERP system.
ERP System Implementation Support: Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and end-users to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
Data Mapping & Migration: Assist in defining data migration strategies, mapping legacy data to the new ERP system, and ensuring data integrity.
Testing & Validation: Develop test cases, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure the ERP system meets business requirements.
Training & Documentation: Create user guides, conduct training sessions, and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and ERP vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards using the ERP system to provide business insights and performance metrics.
Risk Assessment & Issue Resolution: Identify potential challenges and work proactively to mitigate risks during the ERP implementation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of ERP implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, etc.).
Familiarity with business process modeling tools and ERP workflows.
Experience with data migration strategies and SQL queries is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in supply chain, finance, manufacturing, or retail ERP modules a plus.
ERP certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) a plus.
Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools a plus.
