Position Overview:  Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm As a case manager, you will be responsible for effectively coordinating and overseeing all resources, providing vital support to consumers and their families. If the consumer is a child, you will ensure seamless access to appropriate mental health services, catering to their specific needs and preferences. Our approach emphasizes identifying individual strengths and needs, facilitating access to resources, and fostering stability within the community environment.
