Position Details The Child and Adolescent Case Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the mental health of young individuals in Cumberland and Perry Counties. They coordinate services, support families, and tailor care to each child's unique situation. Their work focuses on harnessing individual strengths, connecting with community resources, and promoting stability. While operating independently, they are backed by a dedicated team, all within a dynamic community program.
