REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Servers and bartenders must have a minimum of six months experience in catering, banquet, or restaurant service. Cooks must be enrolled in or have graduated from a culinary arts program or have a minimum of one year of restaurant or catering experience.

All employees must:

  • Have Saturday availability from April-June and September-December.*

  • Seasonal availability from January-May

  • Have the ability to get to and from events in a timely manner

  • Maintain high grooming and appearance standards

  • ​Have a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down catering events, including tables, chairs, and decorations

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assist with food preparation, including plating and garnishing dishes

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and supplies

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests

  • Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in catering or serving is preferred

  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bartending skills is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment
