Description
Our esteemed client in North County, San Diego is seeking a proven High-Level Customer Service Representative who thrives on delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be a critical touch point between customers and our company, ensuring positive interactions and experiences that build trust and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound telephone, email, and chat inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
Investigate and resolve customer issues; works closely with other departments as needed.
Maintain knowledge of product lines, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required.
Participate in specialized training courses and product information updates as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in a similar customer service role.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools.
