Groupestahl Customer Tech Support Specialist in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania
Technical Support Specialist provides technical support via phone to users by researching and answering questions and troubleshooting problems related to Hotronix Heat Press Equipment.
What you'll be doing:
Maintaining completion of all customer needs.
Provides answers to clients during technical calls by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps to repair.
Works with clients to process returns and replacements, processing credits for parts, machines, & shipping.
Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation, as well as updating customer information.
Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues, recommending instructional language.
Improves system performance by identifying problems, recommending changes.
Assist clients with shipping quotes and updating shipping information.
Process order entry and parts check in for client interactions.
Maintains excel spreadsheets and filing.
Provides support with reports and tracking trends.
Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Works as reserve to all admin duties and responsibilities.
Possible travel to customer locations
