Eaton Corporation Warehouse Cycle Counter in Carol Stream, Illinois

Eaton’s IS VEH Power Connections division is currently seeking a Warehouse Cycle Counter. This position is based at our Carol Stream, IL location. The Warehouse Cycle Counter is responsible for auditing the cycle count process, analyzing root causes, and validating the accuracy of the inventory of selected parts, and documenting these results for analysis purposes.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.35 per hour.

The shift hours are 6:am -3:00pm. (M-F)

What you’ll do:

• Generate daily cycle count reports for all areas under your responsibility, based on ABC classification.

• Update the system and generate the variance report.

• Generate cycle count reports and weigh the materials indicated in the generated report.

• Comply with 5S/MESH requirements.

• Conduct monthly inventory audits in the shipping area to correct negatives.

• Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventories, both in counting the material and in entering and analyzing the results.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of the work location to be considered. Active - Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferable knowledge of Oracle.

• Preferable forklift operation skills (for warehouse counting operations).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Manufacturing and/or Warehouse areas.
