Description
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for CMA/LPN/RN for its Urgent Care clinic in Carroll office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: Rooming patients, taking vitals and patient history, performing point of care testing, immunization and other injections, assisting in a fast paced clinical setting, and cross-train to assist with maintaining reception desk activities including but not limited to, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering the telephone and assisting with online booking.
Education
Graduate of accredited program for Medical Assistants
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Certification/License
Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or certification as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from American Medical Technologists (AMT), ANHP, NCCT, NHA.
Possession of current State Licensed Practical Nurse license
Possession of current State Registered Nurse license.
Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
Days: Scheduled as needed. M-F and/or Sat-Sun
Hours: Rotating M-F 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Sat & Sun 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Experience
Clinic experience preferred.
IV experience preferred
$2.50 per hour pay differential if you work Saturday and/or Sunday. If a holiday falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, please ask for details.
