ManpowerGroup 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Carson, California

Our client located in Carson, CA is in search of an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their 3rd Shift Manufacturing Team. This candidate will be training on 1st shift 6am to 2:30pm for a month before transferring to 3rd shift.

What experience do you need to qualify for this job?

  • Must have experience withElectro-mechanical machine maintenance (In a manufacturing plant).

  • Must have In-Line machine maintenance experience.

  • Experience with the following machines is preferred: Breyer, Polytype, AISD, Isimat.

  • This is a plastic bottling manufacturing plant so experience with Heavy Industrial Machinery is required.

  • Experience with CNC maintenance.

What’s in it for you?

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 10pm to 6:30am

  • Training Schedule: 6am to 2:30pm

  • Location: Carson, CA

  • Payrate: $29-$30 depending on experience.

Additional skills needed:

  • Ability to read and interpreted pneumatic, electric and ladder diagrams.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment (sensors, counters, powers supply’s, displays, HMI’s and PLC’s).

  • Ability to design and perform small electrical installations for 120, 240 and 480 Volts.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electric and pneumatic conveyors.

  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical DC and AC motors and pumps.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair gear boxes and transmissions.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and replace bearings and shafts.
