Job Title: Food Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description: As a Food Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet all quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing tests, and maintaining accurate records to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Perform microbiological and chemical tests to ensure product safety and quality.
Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols.
Document and report any deviations from quality standards.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bache lor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Previous experience in a food manufacturing or quality assurance role is preferred.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other food safety regulations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00
