What You-ll Do

As a National Accounts Retail Coordinator , you will play a critical role in supporting our field sales teams and driving retail performance. You will lead the collection and strategic distribution of retail data, provide expert support to the Field Sales Team, and oversee the execution of key events and programs. Your analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights will be essential in enhancing sales strategies and achieving business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to create in-store action plans, develop motivational contests, and produce high-impact communications, ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools and information they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytical and Data Management:

  • Lead the collection, verification, and strategic distribution of comprehensive retail reports with detailed weekly and monthly summaries.

  • Conduct independent, in-depth analysis of sales reports, providing detailed summaries and actionable insights to the Sr. Director of Sales.

  • Review and analyze sell-through data on a weekly and monthly basis, recommending tactical changes to optimize inventory positions.

Field Sales Team Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Field Sales Team, providing expert assistance, resolving complex queries, and ensuring the timely delivery of critical materials.

  • Track events and manage the allocation of support tools to enhance field operations.

  • Source, collect, and ship quarterly allocations of GWP-s and miscellaneous support items, optimizing processes for efficiency.

Collaboration and Program Management:

  • Collaborate with the Education and NASD teams to design and implement strategic monthly in-store action plans.

  • Develop, launch, and continuously evaluate engaging contests and incentive programs.

  • Coordinate and execute comprehensive semiannual education programs, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum impact.

  • Create high-impact presentations for various internal and external stakeholders.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Produce a monthly newsletter that delivers Tribal news, details upcoming retail and service initiatives, and includes advanced selling tips, effective sampling strategies, and promotional messaging.

  • Ensure timely collection, printing, and distribution of program assets, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

  • Monitor and analyze Ulta.com content for accuracy, providing strategic insights on competitive activity to inform business decisions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Education Manager to design and execute cutting-edge education programs that align with organizational goals.

  • Lead the preparation and coordination of trade shows and retailer conferences, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.

  • Represent Dermalogica at key retailer events, including corporate meetings, regional activities, and trade shows, demonstrating professionalism and expertise.

What You-ll Need

Key Qualifications:

  • B.S. or higher degree in Marketing, Education, Communications, or a similar field of study.

  • Experience in a retail environment or corporate office, with a proven track record of success.

  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, email, and internet, with emphasis on exceptional Excel skills (including complex formulas, advanced formatting, pivot tables, and data visualization).

  • You are available to work in our Carson office, with the flexibility to spend 1-2 days per quarter in local retail stores and limited US travel (4-6 overnights per year).
