We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to help support complex cross-functional initiatives within the Marketing team. This is an incredible opportunity to play a critical role in some of the most important marketing programs at Apple! In this role, you will be responsible for project managing complex cross-functional marketing programs. You will have the opportunity to manage marketing programs from concept through delivery, partnering cross-functionally with a diverse team of individuals across product, data science, analytics, creative, digital marketing, and business development. You will play a key role in establishing essential program management structure and working to move projects along within Apple and with Apple Card partners. You have a deep excitement and understanding of our brand, our vision and objectives, and the customer experience. You have experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in large organizations. You have strong marketing sensibility, good technical understanding, a willingness to roll up your sleeves to play whatever team role is required, and an ability to excel in ambiguous situations. Description
Manage cross-functional delivery of Apple Card marketing programs. Work with internal and external partners to develop and execute scalable marketing programs to reach shared goals. Apply a performance marketing lens when collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams to bring together all aspects of the user’s lifecycle. Help define key business requirements for marketing systems working with internal and external partners.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing large projects within a marketing function
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
Education: B.A. or B.S. degree
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of relevant program management experience within the marketing function in the financial services industry
Savvy at tackling complex issues and providing creative solutions while collaborating across multiple teams.
Self-starter with strong organizational behaviors in order to manage complex projects effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
Willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle whatever task is necessary.
Effective at building and cultivating interpersonal relationships.
Flexible and versatile in nature, able to tackle challenges while maintaining an optimistic attitude.
