We are seeking Licensed Insurance Sales Producers to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
This employment opportunity is with a State Farm Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies and requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.

- $18/hr - $22/hr BASE PAY + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS and BONUSES

- $45,000-$85,000 TOTAL COMPENSATION WITH COMMISSION IF YOU CAN BE COACHED

Responsibilities:
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
- LICENSE REQUIRED!
- Ability to commute to our office in Cary, NC
- Current North Carolina Property and Casualty Sales License - REQUIRED
- Current North Carolina Life and Health Sales License - A MAJOR PLUS
- 2+ years active insurance sales and customer service experience - Preferred
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
