Description:

Monday-Friday 7-4 with some one on-call expectations

Need a multi-craft technician with previous leadership experience who has the ability/experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, troubleshooting PLCs (AB and Siemens at this facility), good knowledge ladder logic with the ability to understand start/stops, knowledge of controls, general plant knowledge with pumps and water systems. Injection Mold experience is not a must-have but someone from plastic molding industry is preferred. Someone with experience leading and being a part of project implementation such as installs will be important for this role.

Maintenance Managers from large scale facilities probably wouldn't work as they are not very hands on. Pulling Supervisors who want management would be a good strategy.
