M-F 9-6 Cary NC- hybrid if meeting metrics FTW TX- in office *must live within 1 hour driving distance of both locations Must be a certified pharmacy technician. Must be licensed in either NC or TX Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Normally receives no instruction on routine work general instructions on new assignments. Normally receives no instruction on routine work general instructions on new assignments. 2 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician. MUST be a Nationally Board Certified Pharmacy Technician. Must be certified in NC or TX. Collect med lists and drug allergies from patients. On phone all day collecting baseline information from patients to get them ready for pharmacist counseling this includes payment method shipping address emergency contacts etc. Triaging calls all day and sending them to the correct departments.
