Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Claims Processing and Pharmacy Reimbursement Specialist to join our team in Cary, NC. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong backgrounds in pharmacy claims processing, reimbursement, and customer service within a call center environment. Key Responsibilities:
Process healthcare information and medical claims.
Handle healthcare billing and collection services.
Provide financial guidance regarding hospital, HMO, and clinical services to patients, their families, and third-party representatives.
Contact insurance companies to verify eligibility and coverage for drug benefits.
Serve as a liaison between special drug program patients and their insurance companies.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of pharmacy claims and reimbursements.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a call center setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Location: Must live within a reasonable driving distance of Cary, NC.
Availability: Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in the following areas (clearly indicated on resume):
Claims Processing (Pharmacy)
Reimbursement (Pharmacy)
Customer Service Call Center
Non-Negotiable Skills:
