job summary:

The Senior Product Manager will be a key member of our Product Team, focusing on driving our product

strategy and using product analytics to make data-driven decisions and implement strategies to improve

user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Serving as an important link between product, engineering,

and business units, the Senior Product Manager helps drive the product vision and roadmap.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Vision & Roadmap - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Ensure

alignment with company goals and market needs, prioritizing features and improvements based

on user feedback and business impact.

? Product Development - Oversee the entire product development lifecycle with a strategic focus.

Act as a "Full Stack PM," combining the roles of Product Manager and Product Owner by

engaging in high-level strategic planning as well as detailed tasks such as writing user stories,

managing backlogs, and defining acceptance criteria. Ensure timely delivery of product features,

manage dependencies, and address potential risks.

? Product Analytics & Optimization - Utilize advanced analytics tools to gather and analyze

product data. Monitor product performance using key metrics, identify opportunities for

improvement, conduct post-launch analysis, and implement changes to optimize product

performance and user satisfaction. Provide actionable insights to inform product strategy and

support data-driven decision-making.

? Growth Strategy & Implementation - Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition,

engagement, and retention. Implement growth initiatives, experiment with different approaches,

and analyze results to continuously enhance product growth metrics.

? Technical Acumen - Translate complex technical details into clear, actionable plans for both

technical and non-technical stakeholders. Possess a solid understanding of concepts like APIs,

payment processors, and integration techniques. Manage the Order Management System (OMS)

and administrative features to ensure they meet user expectations and support overall product

objectives.

? Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication - Work with different stakeholder groups,

including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products. Foster a

collaborative environment to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives.

? Market & User Research - Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify

customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights. Use this information to inform product

decisions and drive continuous improvement.

? Problem Solving - Tackle complex product challenges, such as improving user experience,

optimizing workflows, and integrating new technologies. Collaborate with development teams to

find innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

? 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent in the e-commerce industry

? Experience with large-scale web/mobile apps and/or e-commerce applications

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

? Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines, with a proven ability to quickly adjust

strategies

? Proven track record of working with and influencing stakeholders, including presenting

solutions to C-level executives

? Experience owning products or features from inception to completion with good product

acumen

? Expertise in overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

? Agile Product Management experience, with relevant professional certifications preferred

? Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product

strategy

? Exceptional problem-solving skills, combining creative thinking with actionable business

results

? Proactive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

? Highly motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a geographically

dispersed team
