Security Technical Sales Engineer
Job Description:
Morocco. We are looking for an individual who will be supporting sales organization in technical aspects, collaborating with sales reps, business partners and end users, and identifying opportunities based on business partner and end user requirements.
What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?
Supporting sales reps, business partners and end users with products knowledge expertise, secure the right products, configurations or services recommendation based on customer requirement.
Creating systems configurations/ alternative that may present a better solution to the customer.
Keeping up to date with new products and maintaining product certifications.
Educating internal inside sales and business partners on products and solutions.
Quote to order process: provide quotes, technical support, and data sheets, placing purchase orders.
Actively collaborating in the business unit achievements and KPIs.
Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure customer and vendor satisfaction.
What Are We Looking For?
Up to 2 years of related experience
Studies in the network and/or security field.
Security technologies: Endpoint, Email, and Data Loss Prevention.
Network security: intrusion, anti-virus
Routing, Switching, VPN, Network Security, SD-WAN, Public/Private Cloud, Wireless networking, IPS, EDR, SIEM/SOAR, ZTNA, WAF, CASB & SASE technologies, NGFW
